Return within 30 days if you’re not completely satisfied.
We hope that you are impressed by your Daniella jewellery. Our 30-day return policy allows you plenty of time to ensure you have made the right decision.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept items in its original condition for an exchange or full refund if accompanied by the original sales receipt. Items must be unworn and unaltered, without custom engraving and returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.
For items purchased with a Gift Certificate, your Gift Certificate we will be refunded/reimbursed before another payment source.
We cannot accept items in the following circumstances:
– Items showing any signs of wear or damage
– Resized by a jeweller other than Daniella
– Sized outside of Daniella recommended sizing parameters
– If a diamond is set in a semi-mounting by anyone other than Daniella
– Any head changes
– Any special orders
– Custom made and or altered
– Custom engraved items
– Any product missing the original sales receipt

We will review any returned items. Upon acceptance, your refund or new exchanged item will be processed.
Shipping and packaging your returned items
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Take care to package any returned items to include the sales receipt and all original packaging. Please also include and any certificates that accompanied the item to avoid being liable for AU$250 replacement cost.
Insuring your package
Customers are responsible for the item until it is received by Daniella. We recommend shipping any returned items via insured post and requesting adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the item. Daniella will not assume responsibility in the event items are lost, stolen or mishandled.
We reserve the right to refuse return of any items that does not meet the above return policy at our sole discretion.
