When you purchase jewellery from Daniella, it doesn’t just end there. As we are in the business of making clients happy, we offer premium after sales care on all jewellery purchased from us to ensure you continue to feel happy each time you look at your piece of Daniella jewellery.

To take advantage of our extensive after-sales services, simply contact us first to make arrangements. In most circumstances, we can provide you with same day service if you make an appointment to visit our Daniella showroom. If you are unable to visit our showroom, we would be pleased to assist if you send your jewellery back to us. You only have to pay for the associated shipping and insurance costs.

Free jewellery cleaning and inspection

We recommend you have your jewellery inspected by a professional jeweller every six months to ensure the settings are secure. We would be pleased to clean and inspect all jewellery purchased from Daniella at any time, for free.

Free ring re-size

If your ring does not fit, just visit our Daniella showroom or send it back to us in the first 90 days and we will re-size it for free. Free re-sizing on rings (excluding eternity rings with diamonds set all the way around).

Free lifetime stone replacement on all jewellery

You can gain peace of mind when you purchase jewellery from us. Should any stones (0.10ct and below) become missing, we will be happy to replace the stone at no charge. The only condition is that you must visit us every six months for a free inspection.

Our guarantee covers any defect caused by faulty materials or workmanship. Our guarantee does not cover defects relating to general wear and tear, scratching, damage caused by accidents, neglect or misuse, or any resulting loss of the item or precious stones from the item.
