Diamond solitaire trade-in: If at any time you choose to upgrade your original diamond purchased with a certificate at Daniella, we will credit you with the original retail price of your diamond (as stated on the receipt, excluding GST) plus 1% for each year that you owned it, towards the purchase of another Daniella diamond of 50% or greater in retail value.*

Return policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to our store within 14 days and we will issue you with a credit note, or 30 days for an exchange.
